I'm Mariah Garcia, owner of Revive Roots LLC and a Florida licensed massage therapist since 2017. I specialize in medical and deep tissue massage and I'm a Certified Medical Massage Therapist.
My goal is simple: ease the muscle tension you've been carrying, bring your stress down, and help you move and feel better in your everyday life. Every session starts with a conversation about what's bothering you, and I keep checking in on pressure and comfort the whole way through. That's why no two of my massages look the same.
Revive Roots is about getting to the root of what's holding you back, not just working the surface. Some of my clients have been with me for more than seven years, through desk jobs, training seasons and pregnancies. I'd love to be that person for you, too.

Will deep tissue hurt?
It should feel like "good intensity," never sharp pain. You set the pressure and can change it any time.
What's medical massage vs. regular massage?
Medical massage targets a specific complaint, like a stiff neck or sciatic-type pain, with assessment and focused techniques, instead of a general full-body routine.
Do you do prenatal massage?
Yes. I've cared for clients through their pregnancies, with careful positioning and constant check-ins on comfort. Text me how far along you are when you book.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Many HSA and FSA plans cover massage with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor. Check with your plan, and text me if you need an itemized receipt.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens! Please text me as early as you can if you need to reschedule. That lets me offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Text me the amount and who it's for and I'll set it up. A massage makes a great birthday, holiday or new-mom gift.
